With more than 20 subsidiaries spread out over 3 continents, our
network enables us to reach tens of thousands of resellers. A unique

Brands
Despec is a Brand independent distributor. The wishes and demands
of our resellers determine our Brand portfolio. However, our Brand
independence does not imply that we are not “Brand Aware”.
On the contrary, Despec’s portfolio management is driven by
A-Brand policy. From our One-Stop-Shop formula we offer our resellers
a very wide assortments of IT consumables, magnetic and optical
media, special paper, peripherals and accessories. Low-end hardware
such as digital cameras and scanners can also be found in our warehouses.
We maintain Pan-European and/or Global contracts, based on intensive
local co-operation, with a large number of A-Brand suppliers.
The environment of our market, for both suppliers and resellers,
is one of price-driven mentality. It goes without saying that, also
at Despec, the driving ambition of all Despec employees is to always
supply her customers with the lowest possible price for products
and services. The purchasing power of our global network guarantees
the right purchasing price. Despec can therefore always quote our
partners a price which enables them to offer the end-user a competitive
price. However, Despec knows that only a good price is not enough

Product and Sales Training
Each market has its own specialties also the IT consumables market.
We therefore organize product training for sales and purchasing
employees of our customers. Not only technical product information
is shared but also background information about our manufacturers,
the size of our market and new developments.
Retail concepts: Food for Profit
For our Retail customers a number of Despec subsidiaries offer a
wide range of specific Retail services. Our “Food Concepts”
are only one example.
Marketing Support
We see our role, as distributor of all A-Brands, go further than
just delivering products. We feel it is also our duty to communicate
the marketing vision and the support of our suppliers to you, our
customer.

Fulfillment, more than just logistics
A reliable logistic order processing flow is a basic function that
we want to be flawless. Our fulfillment services guarantee that
our customers can give the best service to their customers whilst
reducing the logistic costs.
SAP and E-Commerce
“Systems, Applications, Products in Data Processing (SAP/R3)”
is the management integrated system implemented in our company through
which we offer our customers the possibility to know in every moment
all the information about the stock, products, prices, order history.
E-commerce is part of Electronic Business (E-Business). Despec
Romania gives you the opportunity of an interactive and efficient
business.
On-line orders
Our customers can choose the category of products and the products
- by code, name, price and if they are available on stock, and then
they can choose the delivery mode – by post, locally or delivered
to the customer‘s center (transport included).
Optional, our customers can attach a short message or comments to
the order.
The order goes directly to the sales representative with whom the
customer usually works.
Our customers can also follow on-line in which stage the order is:
processing, packing, distributing or delivery, and in case of merchandise
return, they can obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization).
